Beef Kebabs recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• ½ kilo beef mince
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• 1 teaspoon ground green chili
• 1 tablespoon Robertson bbq spice
• 1 tablespoon steak and chop spice
• 1 teaspoon dhana powder
• 1 teaspoon jeera powder
• Pinch Haldi
• 2 onions finely chopped ( I used food processor , I used a cloth to drain out the water )
• 1 egg
• Handful of bread crumbs
• Little chopped mint ( optional )
• Handful chopped spring onions
• 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
• A squeeze of lemon
