Ingredients: 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic; Add in 1 kg washed and drained Mutton curry pieces; 2 teaspoon chilli powder; 2 teaspoon crushed chillies; 2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo; 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric); 1 teaspoon garam masala; Add in 4 liquidised tomatoes 🍅 Cook for 1 hour on med. Heat. Add in potatoes and ½ tin Tomato 🍅 puree. Cook for a further ½ hour or until potatoes 🥔 r soft and curry is thick
