Ingredients

• 1 pound dried white beans
• 2 cup chicken stock
• 8 whole cloves
• 1 large white onion
• 1 cup white wine
• 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, roasted
• 1 3" piece fresh orange peel
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 teaspoon minced fresh thyme
• ½ teaspoon fresh chervil
• ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
• ¼ cup minced fresh parsley
• 1 tablespoon minced basil
