Chicken And Cheese Muffins | My Version recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• 1 cup cooked chicken small pieces
• 1 cup grated cheese of your choice
• 2 cups flour
• 4 teaspoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon parsley
• 1 teaspoon dhana powder
• 1 teaspoon zesty lemon and herb
• ½ dhopped onion
• 1 chopped red pepper
• Handful chopped spring onion
• Handful chopped dhania (coriander)
• 1 teaspoon ground green chilli
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup milk
• ¼ cup buttermilk
• 100ml oil
• 2 blocks melrose cheese cut into small cubes
• Cream cheese spread of your choice
