• 1 tsp Parsley, dried flakes
• 1/2 tsp Oregano

• 1 Apple, green, grany smith, sliced to thin wedges
• 1/4 Cup Goat Cheese, chevre brand preferred, crumbled
• 1/4 Cup Cranberries, dried cranberries
• 3 Cups Spring Greens Mix, or Mesclun mix, 3 big handfuls or more per liking
