Ingredients

• 1 tbsp virgin olive oil
• 1 tsp white wine vinegar
• ½ tsp dijon mustard
• 1 pinch of salt
• freshly ground pepper
• 2 slices of round white farmhouse loaves
• 1 garlic clove, split
• 50 g Castello® Aged havarti, cut into thin slices
• 25 g prosciutto, thin slices
• rocket washed and dried
