• 1 medium red onion, diced
• 3 tsp McKenzie's Minced Garlic
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp ground coriander
• 1 tsp McKenzie's Australian Natural Sea Salt
• 1/2 tsp McKenzie's Whole Black Peppercorn
• 400g can chopped tomatoes
• 1 cup water or stock
• 1 pack (drained) McKenzie's Red Kidney Beans in Tetra Pak
• 2 medium sweet potatoes, thinly sliced
• Large handful spinach
• 1 cup shredded cheese
• 1 mashed avocado
• 1 cup sour cream
• 3 tbs (store bought) tomato salsa
