limoncello cosmo
Makes one We’ve all heard of a Cosmopolitan - right? Well...this is a lemony different version.
Ingredients
- 3 ounces Limoncello
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce cranberry juice
- 1 wedge fresh lemon
- Ice
- A few fresh cranberries for garnish, optional
- Place ice in the shaker
- Add the limoncello, vodka and cranberry juice
- Put on the top, and shake like you mean it
- Pour into a martini glass for straight up or over ice if you like on the rocks
- Squeeze in the lemon and drop the wedge in
- Add cranberries if using
- Enjoy
