• 6 tablespoons trader joe's garlic paste
• 12 tablespoons Algerian Sauce
• 4 golden potatoes, peeled, sliced and fried
• 1/2 onion finely chopped
• 0.5 bunch cilantro finely diced
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 heaping tablespoon tomato paste
• 1 tablespoon harissa paste (or chilli sauce)
• 1/4 tsp cumin
• 1/4 tsp coriander
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice (or white vinegar)
