Fresh Berry Chocolate Tart - Golden Blossom Honey
A truly spectacular dessert easily prepared using frozen puff pastry. The glistening berries are set on a thin layer of creamy chocolate.
Ingredients
- 1 frozen puff pastry sheet, thawed (half of 17 1/4 ounce package)
- 1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 ounces bittersweet (not unsweetened) chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon plus 1/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 cup blackberries or blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and cut in half lengthwise
