- 2, Spring onions, thinly sliced

- 200g, Spinach, finely chopped
- 1, Egg, beaten
- 1 pinch, Salt, (for the parcels)
- 1/2, Cucumber, grated
- 1/2, Lemon, juiced
- 500g, Fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 pinch, Black pepper
- 1 pinch, Salt, (for the dip)
