Onion Wine Soup
A recipe recovered from the DOS program Edna's Cook Book (ECB) on my family's old Packard Bell computer.
Ingredients
- 3 medium onions, thinly sliced
- 2 Cups
- 3 T. butter or margarine
- 2 10 1/2 oz Condensed chicken
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp ground Pepper
- French Bread toasted slices
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 Can Chicken Broth
