• 75 g golden caster
• 500 ml whole milk
• 75 ml double cream
• 100 ml rum
• 1 vanilla pod, seeds only
• 1/4 tsp sea salt mill adjustable
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg ground
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon ground
• Schwartz Ground nutmeg, to serve
