Ingredients

• 5-6 medium size Yukon Gold potatoes
• 1 packet ranch dressing mix
• 2/3 cup sour cream
• 2-3 tablespoons milk
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/2 cup sweet onion chopped
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce
• 1/4 cup chicken broth
• 1 rotisserie chicken removed from bone and shredded (without skin)
• 1/4 cup blue cheese
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping
