Chocolate Snowballs recipe by Mrs Ally

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup oil
• 3 cups flour
• 1 heaped teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
• Pinch of salt
• 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
• 1 cup buttermilk (you can make the DIY version, it works well)
• 3-4 cups desiccated coconut, for coating
• 1x 250ml fresh cream, whipped and sweetened (optional)
• 2 and ½ cups sugar
• 1 and ½ cups hot coffee
• 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
• 1 heaped Tablespoon cold
