• pinch Salt
• 3/4 cup Carrots (grated (heaping))
• 1/4 cup Canola oil
• 1 Egg
• 1 tsp Rainbow Sprinkles
• 2 ounces Cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
• 2 tbsp Butter (softened at room temperature)
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
• 1 cup Powdered sugar
