• 300 grams of carrots, grated (about 5 carrots)
• 300 ml of vegetable oil
• 450 grams of sugar
• 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
• 240 grams of plain flour + extra
• 2 teaspoons of baking powder
• 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
• 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
• Butter for greasing
• Pinch of salt
• 125 grams of butter, at room temperature
• 225 grams of cream cheese
• 220 grams of icing sugar
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
