• 800 g minced beef
• 150 g mortadella, diced
• 100 g ham, chopped
• 75 g grated parmesan
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 2 eggs
• Small bunch parsley, chopped
• 5 tbsps olive oil
• 1 tsp chicken granules
• 1 tbsp butter
• Salt and pepper to taste
