• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
• 2 teaspoons ginger
• 1 teaspoon coriander
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• hot chilli sauce
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons peanut butter
