Elsie’s Strawberry Shortcake - Borden Dairy

• 7 cups quartered strawberries
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar

• 1 cup Borden Heavy Whipping Cream
• 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour plus extra for hands and work surface
• 4 teaspoons aluminum free baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt fine sea salt
• 3/4 cup unsalted butter cold and cubed
• 2 tablespoons cold Borden heavy whipping cream for sprinkling
