Ingredients

• +-1 kg cut up chicken
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 40g butter or ghee (Clarified butter)
• +-1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
• 1 cut up fresh red chilli
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
• ½ teaspoon garlic paste
• 210 g tomato (I used ½ can tomato and onion mix)
• 1 cinnamon stick pinch of fine Elachi (cardomom)
