Ingredients
- 1 Kg Chicken pieces or 8 Drumsticks
- AND 2 Large potatoes cut in fat chips and steamed salt water in micro and drain
- Add 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) / or Butter
- And 4 tablespoon oil
- Add 1 Medium Grated Onion
- Add 1piece tuj (cinnamon stick) and 2 Elachi (cardomom) pod or Big pinch of Elachi (cardomom) powder
- Add the Chicken let it turn colour
- Add spices
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic
- Add 1 full teaspoon Tumeric
- Add +-1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ⅓ Cup Maas or yoghurt
- 1Tblsp Magic Masala
- Salt to taste
- And 1Tblsp Crushed Red dry Chilli flakes
- 2 teaspoon Kashmiri Masala
- 1Tblsp Dhana jeera mix
- Few saffron strands
- Add 2 Grated tomato
- 2Tblsp Tomato puree
