  • 1 pound mild or hot smoked sausage or andouille, sliced on the bias
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 2 dashes Tabasco sauce, or to taste
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 dashes Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning blend, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon salt, or to taste
  • 1 bunch green onions or pickled onions, chopped
