Ingredients

• 1 tbsp smoked paprika
• 1 tbsp ground cumin
• 1⁄2 tsp cayenne pepper
• 4 hake fillets
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 4 white flour tortilla wraps
• For the tomato and avocado salsa
• 2 medium tomatoes, seeded, finely chopped
• 1 westfalia avocado, finely chopped
• 1 red onion, thinly sliced
• 1⁄3 cup fresh coriander leaves
• For the chilli lime dressing
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 2 tsp caster sugar
• 1 red thai chilli, seeded, sliced thinly
