- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 1 large Fresh Egg lightly beaten
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 drop Olive Oil for cooking
- 1 medium Onion finely diced
- 1 tbsp Plain Flour for shaping
- 1 pinch Salt
- 50 g SuperValu Fresh Breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Parsley chopped
- 50 g SuperValu Parmesan Cheese Shavings
- 4 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 700 g lean minced beef
- 2 Jalapeno for the eyes
- 12 Pitted Black Olives for the pupils
- 1 bag SuperValu Grated Cheddar Cheese for hair
