• 500 g Chicken of choice cut into 32 small pieces
• 150 g Boursin Cheese
• 16 Peppadew Mild Piquant Peppers
• 32 Spinach leaves washed
• 1 tsp Dried oregano
• 1 Garlic clove finely grated
• 2 tsp Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 2 tbsp Olive oil for frying
