• 1 (15 oz) can white Northern beans
• 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans
• 1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans or chickpeas
• 1 (15 oz) can black-eyed peas
• 1 (15 oz) can white hominy or whole kernel yellow corn
• 2 tomatoes, chopped and drained
• 2 avocados, cut into small pieces
• 1 red onion, chopped
• 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
• 1/2 red or yellow bell pepper, chopped
• 1 cup chopped celery
• 1 (16 oz) bottle Ott's Creamy Italian Dressing
• 1/2 cup Ott's Honey Mustard Dressing
• Salt and coarsely ground pepper to taste
• 1 avocado, sliced
