Candied Pecan Sweet Potato Casserole - Priesters Pecans

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup melted butter
• 1 cup chopped Priester's pecans
• 1/3 cup flour
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
• 2-3 teaspoons salt (or to taste)
• 1/2 cup melted butter

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup water
• 5 lb sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 2 inch pieces
• 3-4 cups mini marshmallows
