Chicken, red lentils, cream & mustard stew - Trois fois par jour

Ingredients

• Salt & pepper, as preferred
• 8 – 10 chicken drumsticks
• 2 tablespoons of butter
• 1 onions, chopped
• 2 cups of chicken broth
• 1/2 cup of red lentils, rinsed & strained
• 1/2 cup of Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
• 4 cups of kale, minced
• 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard
• 2 of Laurel leaves
• 1/2 cup of cooking cream
