• 1 package Kountry Boys Thick-Cut Bacon, cut into 1/2 strips
• 1 yellow onion, diced
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 1-ounce package taco seasoning
• 1 15-ounce can black beans, drained
• 1 15-ounce can pinto beans, drained
• 1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
• 1 7-ounce can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, peppers diced
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
• 1 cup frozen corn
• 1 32-ounce bag frozen tater tots
