• 1/2 teaspoon ground Ceylon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon
• 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1 cup good olive oil
• 1 tablespoon demerara sugar
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
• 2 tablespoons fresh herbs - such as thyme, parsley
