• 1 tbsp (15 ml) Gourmet Garden Cilantro Lightly Dried
• 2 cups (500 ml) fresh pineapple, peeled & chopped
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) red onion, finely chopped
• 1 red pepper, seeded & chopped
• 1 small jalape�o pepper, seeded & finely chopped
