Taco Macaroni and Cheese Bake | Wisconsin Cheese

Ingredients

• 1 package (16 ounces) uncooked cavatappi pasta
• 1 pound ground beef (90% lean)
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 packet taco seasoning
• 1 can (15.25 ounces) whole kernel corn, undrained
• 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
• 1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
• 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles, undrained
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
• 1 package (8 ounces) Crystal Farms Original Cream Cheese, cut into small cubes
• 8 ounces Henning Aged Cheddar cheese, shredded and divided (2 cups)
• 8 ounces Henning Pepper Jack cheese, shredded and divided (2 cups)
• Sour cream and chopped green onions
