• 1 1/2 cups (185 g) Flourist Sifted Spelt Flour
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp spice blend
• 1/2 cup (115 g) butter
• 1/2 cup (110 g) brown sugar
• 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
• 1 egg
