Stuffed Patty Pans - Fair Shares

Ingredients

• 2 white patty pans, prepared to be stuffed
• 1 leftover apple lamb brat, diced
• 2 ears of corn, shucked from the cob
• 1 tomato, diced
• 1/2 jalapeno, minced (it could have used more heat)
• 1 egg that was cracked and needed to be used, beaten
• 1 large clove garlic, minced
• ~1/2 c. beans I cooked earlier
• salt and pepper
• cheese for melting over the top
