Naomi's Revel Bars

Ingredients

• 1 cup, 2 tbsp butter softened
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 3 cups uncooked rolled oats
• 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
• 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
