Cheesey Spuds recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chilli and garlic paste
• 1 clove minced garlic
• 1 finely diced onion
• 1 chopped green pepper (I used ½ yellow)
• ½ teaspoon basil dried
• ½ teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 tablespoon mayo
• 2 tablespoon milk or cream
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon garlic and herb spice
• Fresh Cracked black pepper
• Sprinkle cheese and bake 20 minutes.
