• 1 tablespoon juniper berries
• 2 yellow onions – finely chopped
• 2 large carrots – finely chopped
• 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 1 lb ground pork
• 1 lb ground beef
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup freshly chopped parsley
• 1 ½ cup bread crumbs
• 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• ¼ cup sugar
• ½ cabbage, medium chop
• 1 cup sour cream
• ¼ cup freshly chopped dill, plus extra for garnish
• salt and pepper to taste
