- Pie crust (double)
- 6 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1/2 t salt
- 3 T butter, melted
- 1 t ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t ground cloves
- 3 T sugar
- 1/3 C light corn syrup
- To top crust: 1/2 C light brown sugar
- 3 T light corn syrup
- 2 T flour
- 2 T butter, softened
