Chicken Kebabs 🌶 recipe by Ms S 💫

Ingredients

• 1 kg chicken fillet processed ( don't over mince it )
• 2 teaspoon ground green chillies
• 2 teaspoon fresh ground red chillies
• Salt to taste
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin)
• 1 curry spoon melted ghee (Clarified butter)
• 5 slices bread ( soak in water)
• Handful of chopped fresh dhania (coriander)
