The only thing better than homemade focaccia, is homemade focaccia topped with spicy jalapeños and lots of cheese! Dare I say it?! This is my favourite way to top focaccia. There. I said it.
Ingredients

- Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
- •A good handful of pickled jalapeños (can also use fresh)
