• 3 tbsp all purpose flour
• 12 oz evaporated milk
• 0.50 tsp garlic powder
• 0.50 tsp salt
• 0.50 tsp ground black pepper
• 6 oz Creamette® Dumpling Egg Noodles
• 0.25 cup light sour cream
• 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
