• 1 cup Frozen green peas
• 2 tsp Garlic
• 1 lb Ground turkey, lean
• 1/4 cup Partly skimmed milk, 2% M.F.
• 3/4 tsp Salt
• 1 tbsp Thyme, fresh
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 small Yellow onion
• 1 1/2 lb Yukon Gold potato
