Spicy IndoChinese Noodles | Rasaala
Spicy IndoChinese Noodles: Quick, easy, and perfect for a chill day. Stir-fried linguine with vegetables, soy sauce, Sriracha, and chili paste. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1/2 packet Linguini pasta (I like linguine for this dish, you may use spaghetti or egg noodles)
- 2 cups Mixed slivered vegetables (Carrots, green peppers and broccoli work well)
- 2 tsp soy sauce (I use the gluten free soy sauce)
- 2 tsp Sambal olek (Red chili paste available in most grocery stores in the Chinese section of the ethnic aisle)
- 2 tsp Sriracha
- 1 handful peanuts or moong bean sprouts
- 1 bunch green onions/scallions
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 cloves garlic
