Sweet Potato says...eat dinner outside - Today's Parent

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup cornmeal
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1/4 tsp chili powder
• 1 1/4 cup buttermilk
• 1 large egg, lightly beaten
• 1 cup corn kernels (I used two cobs)
• 1/4 cup fresh basil, roughly chopped
