• 1 cup cornmeal
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
• 2 large eggs
