Chicken Alfredo Lasagna ? Recipe

Ingredients

• 18 lasagna noodles boiled per package directions
• 4 cups Alfredo sauce homemade or store-bought
• CHICKEN LAYER:
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 5 chicken breasts boneless and skinless chopped
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• sal and peper to taste
• SPINACH LAYER:
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 onion diced
• 5 cloves garlic minced
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning dried herbs
• 1 package fresh spinach
• salt and pepper
• RICOTTA LAYER:
• 2 cups ricotta cheese
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 teaspoon dried parsley
• Pinch of salt and pepper
• TOPPING:
• 1 cup Alfredo sauce
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
