- zaatar mix (I love @thegoodthymes)
- olive oil (any good Lebanese evoo l)
- ripe tomatoes
- organic cucumbers
- boiled egg
- Lebanese or Syrian green olives pitted
- fresh mint leaves (optional)
- A bit of salt and pepper- if you like.
