• 1/2 cup of ketchup
• 2 large cans chopped tomatoes
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tsp onion powder
• 3 tsp minced garlic
• 7 1/2 cups beef broth
• 2 tsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 cups dry pasta
• Cheese, for garnish
