• 2 lbs red potatoes (cut into small cubes)
• 1 cup Horseradish mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp vinegar
• 1 cup celery (sliced)
• 1 cup green beans (halved)
• 1/2 cup yellow or red bell peppers (sliced)
• 1/2 cup Crispy Fried Onions
• Salt and Pepper (to taste)
